Fayetteville, N.C. — A teenager died in Fayetteville after being shot in the chest on Monday.
The shooting happened in the 600 block of South Reilly Road, just after 8 p.m.
Police said when they arrived, they found the teen in a parking lot. He died at the scene.
Family members have been notified.
Police said the shooting did not appear to be a random incident.
