15December 2021

— Two Florida residents are in the Wake County jail, each under a $2 million dollar bond, for charges related to holding a teenager for sexual servitude.

Tempie Mitchell, 27, and Antwon Frager, 43, were both arrested on Hammond Road in Raleigh in September.

The arrest warrants detail several video recordings of sexual acts involving a 17-year-old girl.

The crime reportedly happened over several days.

Mitchell and Frager are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday to be formally charged with several crimes, including sexual exploitation of a minor and human trafficking.
